How does the gifting service work?

  • 1. Place an order

    Upon placing an order, expect an email from one of our agents to verify your platform and username. It's important to note that under no circumstances will we request your login details.

  • 2. 48h Cooldown

    To activate in-game gifting, approve the friend request from one of our agents. Please note that there is a 48-hour waiting period from the acceptance of the friend request before you can start receiving gifts.

  • 3. Receive your items

    After the cooldown period concludes, we'll notify you and inquire about your preferred gift. Feel free to wait if the item shop undergoes changes, ensuring you pick something you truly desire.
